About
Daniel Alessandro started studying piano at the age of 6, guided by renowned Miami’s pianist mentors and his incoditional supportive mother. Besides the complexity of being a piano learner, and still very young, he showed a particular interest on learning a new family of instruments, as the Clarinet, Saxophone and finally enjoying most the Oboe and English Horn. After bringing all his talent to stage there was a clear path in the pursue of a multi-instrumental music career. This year Daniel took a seat to perform the piano on Tampa All State Symphony Orchestra Concert and also was recently selected to peform the Oboe with the New World Symphony’s Side-By-Side program under the direction of Michael Tilson Thomas.

In addition to piano recitals, Oboe with Classical Orchestra Concerts, Daniel has participated on jazz assembles concerts and the music for theatrical Musicals. These performances has featured wold renowned guests artists as :

He has earned three consecutive “superior” ratings in the Florida Bandmasters Association Solo and Ensemble Festival for oboe, additionally earning a “superior” rating for the State Solo and Ensemble Festival in 2021. That year, was selected to perform with the New World Symphony’s Side-By-Side. Daniel current piano teacher is Debora Sanchez from the Encore Academy of the Arts.

Daniel Alessandro Farias
Daniel Farias has been influenced by a wide variety of classical and modern genres. Beginning in his freshman year at NWSA, he has obtained an admiration for contemporary classical music, either both on Piano or Oboe, of which his Wind Ensemble performed regularly. As a classical pianist, he is inspired by performing artists such as Evgeny Kissin, Daniel Barenboim and Arthur Rubinstein. He has also taken inspiration from jazz artists such as Chick Corea, Cory Henry, Oscar Peterson and Bill Evans. Daniel has also developed a large passion for musical theater
